Maylene (Kuroshitsuji) – Travel Dress

Yay Maylene! Since I started reading the Kuroshitsuji Manga I wanted to cosplay her because I like her character so much. I wanted to sew the Maid dress first but with the fan hype that startet when the series was released in Germany there were so many Maylenes that my motivation went towards zero…

I wasn’t sure about the dress pattern so I decided to do the travel dress first because it is the same pattern except the apron. She wears the dress while the crew is going to a resort (Ep. 8, Anime).

There are some mistakes I made. I sewed a zipper at the back instead of buttons. But I guess nobody will notice though. And I’m not sure if there are buttons on the sleeves or not. I don’t have boot covers and the boondoggle is too big because I used a borrowed hat and had to cover the existing one. The glasses are from Tiamat, the hat is from WhiteUnicorn. Thank you girls!
